Project Description
By in-depth knowledge and extensive experiences in the legal sphere, the lawyers of TPL Law Firm shall, as the advocate, the defense counsel of legitimate rights and interests, assist the client in all stages of criminal convictions, specifically:
- To assess the files of the case, collect evidence and assist the client in the investigation stage;
- To consult on legal issues regarding the case, participate in the proceedings at the first instance and appellate court as the advocate, the defense counsel of legitimate rights and interests, of the client; and
- To review, consult and assist the client in the implementation of post-trial proceedings under the procedure of retrial and cassation.
