Participating TPL law firm, by the experience of working with domestic and foreign clients in previous, Mr. Bao continues focusing on professional development in the fields of consulting, contracts, representation in litigations, dispute settlements regarding civil, commercial, such as real estate, energy, infrastructure. Besides, by approaching many practical cases, Mr. Bao has also strengthened himself a certain amount of knowledge about the processes of merger and acquisition of enterprises and foreign investment projects.
